Iwan obtained his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree at the University of Indonesia in 2000. Then attended the leadership program at Montana State University (2011), senior leadership at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania (2019), and the MIT Sloan School of Management of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2019).
Joining ANTAM since 2002, Iwan has held several strategic positions, including the Coordinator of UBPN Pomalaa Environmental Quality Audit (2004) Project Monitoring Commissioning of FeNi 3 (2005), Assistant Manager of Rotary Dryer 3 of UBPN Pomalaa (2006), Examiner Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Excellent Performance Indonesia Quality Award Foundation (2007), ANTAM Representative Office Manager in Shanghai (2016), Market Strategic Lead Specialist (2018). Vice President Of Precious Metals, Sales & Marketing (2020).
With his experience, Iwan is trusted since 2019 to date to have a strategic role in the development of the Precious Metals Purification and Processing Business Unit.
Andik obtained his Bachelor of Mining Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2001, then obtained a Master's degree in Mineral & Metallurgy Engineering at the same campus in 2013. Being part of ANTAM since 2005, Andik has held various strategic positions, including Engineering and Cibaliung Gold Factory Commissioning Manager Project (2009), QA / QC and Feni Haltim Commissioning Manager Project (2010), Technical Advisor Team Leader for Gold Plant Operation and Construction in Myanmar (PT NKA's collaboration with NPC) (2014), OMHSE Quality Management Manager Division (2016), and Operation Support Manager OMHSE Division (2017).
Since 2017 until now, Andik currently serves as the Vice President of Operation of the Precious Metals Purification and Processing Business Unit.
